Processing Time
Standard orders: 7 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
Customized/personalized products: Up to 10 working days for processing.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 4–6 working days (excluding weekends), depending on your location.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to you via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
🚚 Tracking Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking link via your registered email and mobile number.
This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time through our logistics partner’s tracking system.
