We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, unless:

The product is Damaged, or

You received the Wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

A request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order

A clear picture of the damaged or incorrect product

Your order number and details

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with a product photo attached.

If your return request is approved:

You can choose between a refund or an exchange

Please mention your preference clearly in the email

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
